Yalla Oman is a comprehensive digital platform that streamlines access to government services in the Sultanate of Oman. It serves as a one-stop solution for Maktab Sanad services, covering visa applications, foreign worker permits, and corporate registrations.
Challenge
Navigating government bureaucracy in Oman is time-consuming and confusing, especially for foreigners. The process involves multiple offices, complex paperwork, and language barriers. Businesses and individuals needed a modern, unified platform to handle all their government service needs.
Solution
We designed and built Yalla Oman as a bilingual (Arabic/English) platform with an intuitive interface. Users can search for services using natural language, submit applications online, track their progress, and receive notifications — all from one place.
